  Parmesan cheese; grated
1/2mdOnion; sliced
1pkFrozen peas

  Pepper
1lbLarge pasta (rigatoni, ziti, etc.)

Italian Title - Sauce Marino All' Ardea

Saute garlic, onion, and bacon until bacon is cooked (do not crisp). Remove excess fat. Add mushrooms, salt, and pepper; cook until mushrooms are limp. Add peas, stir for 2 to 3 mins., add heavy cream, bring to slow simmer, stir gently until thickened. Pour over cooked pasta.
